Stephanie Spies Fletcher Scholarship award

Thanks to the generous contributions from the loved ones of Stephanie Spies Fletcher, a scholarship fund has been created in her name to honor Stephanie and the game she loved to watch her son, Adam Fletcher play.  Stephanie passed away from cancer but was able to hold on to watch Adam play in his senior game as Westside's all-time leading goalie.  Adam went on the accept a scholarship at Ottawa University where he is the starting goalie.  Adam has made the Westside Warriors proud by his success on the lacrosse field and his academic success in the classroom. His mom would be so proud!

Stephanie was a Westside Boys Lacrosse Board Member for many years and was a key factor in the growth and success of the program.  She cared deeply about the opportunities that the game of lacrosse gave our young men and never wanted a young man to be turned away for financial reasons.  We are deeply indebted to her and her loved ones who have made it possible to help pay for the fees needed for an athlete to play the game she loved!
